Who We Are

Kinderblast Preschool was born from the vision that each child can thrive when held in an environment where they feel seen, safe and loved. This vision began with the Funderblast Summer Camps.

To Funderblast means to spread love and positive energy. Funderblast is committed to the expansion, growth and learning of each and every child. We believe children who feel loved, seen and safe will thrive! In the Funderblast Programs (Summer Camps, After School Camps, Kids Night Out, and School Holiday Camps), we create small, loving programs where kids are given permission to show up as their true authentic, radiant selves.

The Kinderblast Mission

To create a preschool environment where children feel loved and seen. To facilitate and support each child in tapping into their unique gifts. To create a space where children are able to cultivate a passion for life-long learning through the art of observation, exploration, play, listening and questioning.

Kinderblast Preschool will provide a safe and loving environment, in which children also feel understood and heard. We strongly believe play and imagination are the vehicles through which children learn.

At Kinderblast, children take command of their own exploration. Teachers are there to provide support and facilitate the child's learning, but children determine the direction of their own learning following their natural curiosity, interests and passions. Teachers provide appropriate materials and create projects to support children in developing skills in social, emotional, cognitive and physical domains.
